Given the customized and printed-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective.

Your satisfaction remains our utmost priority. Should you receive an order with defects, damage, incorrect items, or issues pertaining to printing quality, please reach out to us via email at support@larvincyluxe.com within 60 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide evidence of the received item, and we will strive to address your concern within 12 hours from Monday to Friday.

Your contentment is of paramount importance to us, and we will endeavor to rectify any discrepancies. Upon approval of your claim, we can issue a full refund or furnish you with a replacement item at no additional cost.

Please be mindful that this warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects and does not encompass items damaged due to misuse or regular wear and tear, including:

  • Damage incurred from accidents
  • Improper care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Color and material deterioration due to sun exposure
  • Post-purchase modifications

Refund Process:

We provide complete refunds covering the cost of your order, inclusive of transaction and shipping fees. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
